Davide Serena, known as DAXDEE, was born in Capri on July 6th 1994. Music has always been his greatest passion: he bought his first DJ consolle when he was only 12 and started to play his first mixes right away! He had his first real music experience in 2009, at 14 years of age, when he took part in a local DJ competition the “DJ challenge” 2009″ organized at the famous ‘Piazzetta di Capri’, winning the third place. That’s how Davide got to know the world, performing first in small bars and private parties and then in real clubs like the ‘Taverna Anema e Core’, ‘Bye Bye Baby’ and ‘Celeste club’, managing to reach the DJ resident position at the ‘RED lounge’. In the following years, he st
arted performing outside of the island scenario as well at venues like the ‘Fauno’ in Sorrento, the ‘Africana Famous club’ in Amalfi Coast and at the ‘Shelbourne Hotel’ in Sidney. Finally, thanks to his willingness to experiment new things and to his constant research of stimuli and goals, he ended up mixing at the ‘Number Two club’ one of the most exclusive venues on the island of Capri. Together with his DJ career he is also a producer, as the many new tunes he releases every season can prove.
