    🎧D.MENTASM — THE ARCHIVE
    30 Hours of Musical History | 1991–2025

34 YEARS OF RECORDED DJ HISTORY.

This isn't simply a DJ mix.

    It's an archive.

More than 30 hours of surviving DJ sets and radio broadcasts, brought together into one continuous journey through 34 years of D.MENTASM behind the decks.

The earliest recording takes us back to 1991 — vinyl, an after-party in an empty flat, and a set that only came to an end when the police arrived.

From there, the archive travels forward through different periods, different technology and an ever-changing musical landscape, eventually reaching the digital broadcasts and recordings of 2025.

Across those years you'll hear House, Progressive House, Techno, Trance, Breaks and the many sounds that became part of the D.MENTASM journey.

Some sessions were broadcast to listeners around the world through internet radio. Others captured a particular night, place or moment in time. Some still have their original playlists. Others contain records and tracks whose names have been lost with the passing years.

    But the recordings survived.

And that's what makes this archive special.

These aren't modern recreations of old sets. These are the actual recordings — preserving the selections, transitions, imperfections, experimentation, energy and emotion exactly as they happened.

Listen across the archive and you can hear the evolution.

    Vinyl to digital.
Underground parties to worldwide internet radio.
    1991 to 2025.

    Technology changed.

    Music changed.

    The world around it changed.

But the belief behind the decks remained the same:

Every set should tell a story.
    Every track deserves its moment.

For this special archive presentation, the surviving recordings have been brought together into one continuous 30-hour musical journey, with D.MENTASM jingles woven throughout to connect one chapter with the next.

No attempt has been made to rewrite the past.

    This is the past.

Captured through the music that was being played at the time.

    Some history disappears.

    Some history is forgotten.

    This survived.
