Music and sounds of Crimson Bloodlust

Crimson Bloodlust is a solo Project from the Boston Area that writes instrumental only Black Metal. The style is proggy atmospheric black metal. The music was constructed in a unique way:

Rather than using real instruments, the music for Crimson bloodlust was made with samples using programs like OpenMT. Samples of a tremelo picked third harmony were layed over a bass drum hit and hihat to make one sample. That one was mapped to the top row on a keyboard, Minus , which plays a snare drum. Epic Choirs were sampled and mapped to the middle row of keys. The low row of keys plays orchestra hits. Playing the instruments in real time, ZA, the project's founder made all the music you hear here...
