Concept X (Pirate Revival Project / Bremen)

Turntablism and Drum n Bass addict since the middle of the nineties.

This guy is nuts! Grown up with a father who is musician with pan-European success with his band in the middle of the seventies – lil enthusiastic.
Concept made his first steps with instruments like chimes, keyboard and guitar in his early childhood. Just like a natural development he mixed with his first CD players various styles of music from Hip Hop over Soul & Funk to 70ties Disco until he finally came in contact with a Drum n Bass radio show in his home town Bremen in 1996.

Since then he was infected. Two years later he bought his first turntables and started scratching. Countless gigs and parties followed until he finally founded the Pirate Revival Project in 2012 together with three good friends of him. Also known as Urban Classic, Basskick and Pak Rok.
Their aim is not only to DJ, but also to create high quality events to show their love for this very significant genre in all his facets and to push the northern Drum n Bass scene.
