Though i perform sets like this, its rare that i record sets like this, nowadays. This mix means a lot, as its been years since i've recorded a hip hop mix. I've recorded small hip hop demos, 15 mins or so in length, but one this long, its been a while. Huuuuuuuge thank you to friend and fambam Danny Morrison, friend and coworker at Hot 94.1, for his time and talent to host the mix. Big thank you to all my homies whom i called and bugged about drops. I hope everyone enjoys this. I thought this mix would take a long time to create, however, i ended up finishing the mixing part in just a couple days.
I wanted to keep a 90's like feel, but also incorporate underground hip hop and r & b as well. I did my best to cover most bases. Of course there are some that i couldn't squeeze in. This mix is not meant to be competitive with anyone else's, but is meant for pure listener enjoyment of some dope music. Feel free to comment...Enjoy
