The basic techniques for making sugar processing with Roberto Angioletti, world champion in this discipline. In the classroom you will learn about the ingredients and the cooking; learning to saturate, pour, print, and blend sugar; to create various elements of blown, pulled and poured sugar with different impressions and multiple colors. A practical course in which all students have the opportunity to do the work, under the guidance of the teacher, and to carry out their own piece to take home.
