Recycled Funk - The Year is 1994 320kbit/s

I'm happy to share with you the latest episode of Recycled Funk and the third installment of my tribute year mix series. The 1st "The Year is 1976" the 2nd "The Year is 1985" hopefully you've already got those in your collection and now you can add this to the mix. 1994 was a significant year for me for a few reasons. Most notably I reached the legal driving age and got my license, and I graduated from H.S. that year (i'm gettin' old but I look & feel young:) and one thing I can easily remember is the incredible music that came out that year, especially in the world of Hip-Hop and R&B, and that's what you'll mostly hear in my mix, with a few huge pop hits sprinkled in for good measure & balance. And there's plenty of highlights in TV/Film & Fashion. I kinda feel like young folks today look back at music from the 90's the way I looked back at music from the 70's, when I was a teenager in the 90's. It's a never ended cycle that I encourage any and everyone to experience and embrace. Typically you need to look back to find the real gems out here in the world of entertainment, and so I hope you enjoy this look back at one of the best years in music.
