I've always been a big fan of classic soul music and anything new that embodies that vibe & feel, but over the past several months I've really been digging into hard. It seemed only right that I put a mix together to share with my peoples who appreciate some good Soul Music like I know you do.

This mix could've easily have been 3 hours long, but I didn't have enough time to pull that off. There are plenty of prominent soul music artist that didn't make it onto his mix, which ensures that there will be a second edition to this Soul Music (with a lil splash of R&B) mix entitled "Soul Train". Yeah I know it's an oversaturated title, but it really is fitting for a DJ mix where the intention is to piece together a collection of quality, feel good songs...all with a similar musical aesthetic...created either decades ago, or months ago.
