Angus McDonald has a great love for house music, stretching back to the early 90's. He initially learned to mix using Technics SL1210s after he started his very first job in a record shop. He spent most of the nineties working in records shops in Rochdale, Bradford and Keighley as well as frequenting many of the large nights from that era and visiting many of the record shops scattered about through the UK.

After leaving the scene in the early 00's, Angus is now back on it and mixing on Pioneer CDJs. Finding a new feel and enthusiasm for the decks, Angus loves to play many different types of house.

Whilst mixing, Angus keeps his sets uplifting, with good vocals, catchy basslines and lots of classic samples. The most essential ingredient you find is a happy feel good vibe.

Every Thursday evening you can catch Angus playing live on People's City Radio between 18:00 and 20:00. peoplescityradio.co.uk
