Crate Classics are both celebrity sons - Jamie Rodigan is the son of dancehall veteran David 'Ramjam' Rodigan, Aaron Horn is the son of '80s pop producer Trevor Horn - but they've already escaped the trajectory of their famous dads. Their joint career highlights already include hitting the number 1 spot in the UK Singles Chart and selling over a million records with previous project Sam And The Womp as well as supporting MIA and touring with Mark Ronson and Disclosure.

Now, the pair have teamed up for brand new project Crate Classics. Drawing on their mixed history, Crate Classics is a gloriously summary mash-up of musical styles that the pair describe as "pop and dancehall merging into blissful island rhythms". Recent releases include official remix of Desmond Dekker's Israelites out on Trojan Records to celebrate the 50th anniversary of its #1 spot in the UK charts. Also a release with Hospital Records, a reworking of Reggie Stepper's Drum Pan Sound, new version called Jumpon Sound.
