Hailing from all over the world, Almost Lazy’ fills the air with Smokey Breaks, Inhumane Bass, Irie Key’s, Rewound Riff’s & Salty lyrics until your dripping & filthy in their sound ‘Grubby’
In the recent years our sound has been the desired support for a long list of International tours & Australian Festivals including Deadly Hunta, Yaaman, Salmonella Dub, Radikal Guru to name a few. Festivals like Island Vibe, Earth Frequency, Reggae Carnival, Grounded, Jungle Love, Manifest, MMVAF, Big Pineapple, Golden Days, Come Together, Reggae Fest, One World, Smash & more have both brought us on the stage & given us a stage to run with our defined bass heavy sound system. Kicking back on the coast for years has taken away this acts motivation for anything other than music.. ‘Almost Lazy’ came together when two friends gelled in the swing of an MPC & seriously Below Bass. The spit started flying & the record button got pressed.. a new genre was born

With a sound that bounces genres, from From Dub to Step to Hip to Hop with doses of Reggae & Crunk for the fills, this act surfs a fine line on being pigeonholed. The only thing left to do is listen for yourself..

With every sound coming from outside the box, ‘Almost Lazy’ perform, loop & record everything on the fly, giving you a finger tweakin live sound..
Their sets can flow for hours, with their evolving swung simplicity, twisting in & out of time, up & down in tempo, both on & off the couch, ..
All tracks are recorded live with overdubs on the vox, giving us plenty of practice for live antics & ridiculous behaviour..
