'Close Encounters'...(Collaboration with Jean-Michel George)

This composition is inspired by day out with pod of Dolphins just off the coast of Kangaroo Island recently. The experience was shared with my collaborator Jean-Michel, so creating this work together is very special. I have composed the middle orchestral section hopefully capturing the thrill of the chase on the boat. My aquatic partner Monsieur George has created the opening and the closing underwater score, when they swam playfully around and through us. I hope you enjoy!
