AJ Manns

He resides in Brooklyn.

His interests include photography, film, and music.

He enjoys a wild variety of music, from old school rhythm and blues, funk, comedic movie scores, classical music, big beat, to house.

Ever since being introduced to the unique sounds of Fatboy Slim and Daft Punk, he has grown a great liking to house music, and to this day, he bops his head to tunes from the likes of Flying Lotus, Basement Jaxx, Switch, Mr. Oizo, HiJack, The Phantom's Revenge, Rory Hoy, Brabe, Robert Boogert, Tom EQ, Jeff Doubleu, and many other great DJs and producers.

It seems with house music, he enjoys being happy, uplifting his mood and feeling carefree of life, no matter how unpredictable and stressful it gets.

From the looks of it, listening to a variety of mix tapes have inspired him to make some of his own, showcasing tracks that he enjoys to listen to on his MP3 player. It seems many people have enjoyed his output, and for that he is grateful for his discovered talent.

He practiced on Virtual DJ and Serato with a controller to hone his skills. Soon, he might be able to afford his own set of turntables. Maybe soon he might perform some gigs at clubs or parties, but who knows what the future holds.

Who is he? He's AJ Manns...for now, until he finds a cool DJ alias.
