Earlier this year the great broadcaster and reggae selector David Rodigan and I found ourselves talking music backstage at his ‘Ram Jam’ clubnight in Oxford, and when the time finally came to call it a night he asked if I’d be interested in coming on his BBC Radio 2 show some time to pick up where we’d left off.
