Beth Johnson, minister at Palomar Unitarian Universalist, and Anne Barron, peace activist and war tax resistor, talk with Patricia Law about the upcoming California Poor People's Campaign Truth & Poverty Bus Tour, coming through North County and the San Diego metro area, and its revival of Dr. King's calls to moral action to address the "real national emergency" of poverty in the United States. The bus tour begins in Fresno April 3rd and ends in San Diego April 13th. They also discuss recent peace & protest actions at the San Diego/Tijuana border, and the increasing militarisation of both our city and our border.
