  13. The Geezers….Folsom Prison Blues….from the 1984 compilation Rockabilly Psychosis and Garage Disease and the beginning of our trib to the late Kevin Daly, who was a highly respected guitarist in Arizona. Thanks to Renny’s Riot for supplying some of this music.

  18. 24th Street Wailers…Aim To Please….from their 2014 Wicked release. They formed at school in Toronto and eventually moved to Austin TX and broke up.
  19. Lindsay Beaver….Mean To Me….from her 2018 Tough As Love release and Lindsay was former vocalist for the 24th Street Wailers and now works out of Austin Tx.
  20. Tami Neilson….Holy Moses….from her 2016 Don’t Be Afraid release. Former Canadian now living in New Zealand.
  21. Downchild Blues Band….Tryin’ To Get My 88’s Straight…from their 1980 We Deliver release. Vocalist/pianist Jane Vasey passed away way too young.
  22. Grrrizzly….Packin’ A Rod….brand new single (premiers tomorrow on Bandcamp) and it’s a live recording from Phoenix and part of an upcoming live release. 2 piece from Olympia Washington and they’ve released 23 single and have been together less than 2 years!
  23. Mar-Keys…..Last Night….1961 single and the first hit record to feature Steve Cropper, not on guitar but second keyboard. This is the start of our trib to the late guitar genius Steve Cropper.

  28. Eddie Floyd…..Knock On Wood….from the 1967 Knock On Wood release and features Steve as co-writer and guitarist.
    30. Eddie Floyd….Raise Your Hand….as above and love Steve’s guitar into to this one.
    31. Sam & Dave….Soul Man….from the Best Of and a single in 1967. Sam & Dave name check Steve on this one, and when the Blues Brothers recorded this 20 years later, they left the name check in.
  29. Booker T & The MG’s….Cruisin’….from the 1994 That’s The Way It Should Be.
  30. Steve Cropper & Felix Cavaliere…..Full Moon Tonight…from the 2008 Nudge It Up A Notch. Felix was in the Young Rascals in the mid 60’s and had several hits and on this release he sings and plays keyboards.
  31. Steve Cropper…..Think….from the 2011 Dedicated; A Salute To The 5 Royales. Steve was a big fan of The 5 Royales guitarist Lowman Pauling.
  32. Booker T & The MG’s…..Chicken Pox….from the 1970 Melting Pot release and we faded out with a bit of Mo Onions.
