My name is Wandile Thapelo Gxoyiya better known as WAGGY as my friends and peers. I was born and raised in soweto south of Johannesburg.. From a young age I was passionate about music it has been my everyday pill. I can’t start a day with out music..
My earliest inspiration to music was brought about my father his a musician and and entertainer.. My father is a singer he sings songs like what a wonderful world by Louis Armstrong.. The sound that got me mad about music.. He influenced my softer sensual side of me in the music..
My other genres influenced by Jazz , Hip hop , kwaito, R&B e.t.c .. I grow up playing loud music. I’d always have a problem at home with that. Nothing has changed even now.. So I went to school to carry on with the love of music. When to academy of sound to study Sound Engineering then went to Sounds of sounds to feather in live sound and Deejaying skills ..
Iv been giging since 2010. I stated up using Techniques turntables then got intro Cdjz 100 to Nexus Series.. In the industry Djs Iv been influenced by Buzz n fly , Jimpster , Stimming , DJ china , DJ Iggysmalls, Lars Behrenronth, DJ Fresh the list is endless .. I take pride in my craft I make sure in every set or mixing a band .. I make a killing of it .. I love to deliver quality at all times ..
