This is an audio clip of Sunday morning of the first weekend of the Soul-Centered Living I Program. It begins with a 5-minute Peace Meditation, the focus of which is the beautiful qualities of the Authentic Self. It then moves into Large Group Sharing where several students share their qualities and affirmations that came forward from the prior day‘s exercise. These are qualities the students will be working with throughout the year as well as affirmations they wrote to support bringing those qualities to life.
