Sounds of Sleepless Nights Recordings

Set-up in 2011 by Stephen Hogg (Soulfinder) and Vincent Furlong, This newly established label aligns itself with all things Melodic including Deep/Tech/Progressive House and breaks,, Sleepless Nights Recordings focuses on bringing melody and music back to the fore. The clubscene is dominated by noise, glitch, groove and bass orientated sounds with very little emphasis on musical elements and arrangement. Sleepless Nights Recordings hopes to bring about a shift in attitude and understanding that Groove alone cannot sustain the soul and that the CPU at the very core of these dominant robotic genres can be replaced by a pacemaker. Instead of fighting Goliath, we aim to befriend, and hopefully we will begin to see the emergence of a new tech generation, that is capable of displaying the full gamut of emotions with the help of melodies and lush soundscapes.
