Music and sounds of Skaivox

Skaivox is a music project that resides in Maribor, Slovenia and three main music genres that define it are techno, trance and house. However, those are not the limits of the project, because the idea is a fusion between various styles to create more elaborate and progressive sound.

The man behind the name Skaivox has been involved with electronic music since the turn of millennium, when he was still a teenager. And as his passion for electronic scene grew, he decided it is time to turn his ideas into music. With determination and hard work, he produced his first repertoire of songs, which were soon signed to various labels like AK Records, AK Series, Guilhotina and others.

In 2012 a collaboration with friend Reaky resulted in track called Collective Insanity, that was featured on Paul Oakenfold’s Four Seasons compilation on Perfecto Records. After exploring good old Acid, Tech-Trance and even Tech-House styles with releases for AK and Alakran Records in next few years, it was time for a larger release like an album.

Album Nine Pieces of Seven was released in second part of year 2015. It is techno and trance bundle of songs starting with deeper melodic and dark techno, later shifting over to more groove driven and banging tracks and concluding with faster progressive trance.

After a yearlong hiatus 2017 began with another release on AK and big release on JOOF Recordings with support from John 00 Fleming himself who included track Spica on his The Journey compilation.
