Its 90 after a long while. Difficult times in our society. It appears like Covid will stay with us for a while. Recommendations are saying we must relax the restrictions and get the virus so that we can be immune, while taking sufficient vitamins and nutrients to keep our body protected, not enough data yet to support this thinking.
