After some months sitting with the idea for a more electronic, club focused mix of the music we play as „Feevah“, I finally just hit the record button and started to play something. So what you get here is the raw deal, as you can experience it on the dancefloor. No sketches, notes or several takes, just some of my favorite club tunes in one go.
The idea is to bring this international and diverse vibe with strong roots in african & latinx culture, wrapped in contemporary electronic beats in various shades of color and in different tempo. So inside you'll find dubby and grimey bits, as well as Hip Hop, Drill, Trap, 8-bit, Dancehall, Reggaeton, Neo Perreo, Cumbia, Slowfast, 160-ish beats and much more within the first hour of this recording. Second half goes further into uptempo terrain like Amapiano & Afrotech, Gqom, Kuduro, UK Funky, Bmore, Dembow, Baile Funk + whatever kinda styles you might discover in this one. After all it's about enjoying it – I hope you do!
