Scribble Dee grew up listening to all types of music, ranging from the early 60s up, he thinks that’s why he become a big fan of Elvis. From an early age music was a big part of his life, Elvis Presley was always heard playing any time i was around his nans or Capital Gold was playing in the background, he was brought up in the 80s, the years of big hair and bad make up, but yet listening back to the music that was out at the time no wonder the 80s had a big influence on today house music.

He was a late starter when it come to Djing, at the fine age of 18 around a mates house getting pissed and trying to mix 2 tunes together, it took him awhile but i got there in the end.

A year later Scribbs got together with another mate of his and they formed PHASE 1, this is when he first started to play the pubs and clubs nothing major tho but it was a start, As time went on Scribbs wanted to try something different, that’s when he got into doing radio stuff and set up PHASE1FM playing underground music, from house to dnb, Scribbs was also a big fan of Reggae and all the old dub to lovers rock sounds. But life being the way it was, Phase1 come to an end.. well it did for him. Scribble Dee then started up his own station called Beats2Bassfm, in a small studio in London. its was good but i wanted a wider audience and went pro, Reach On Air was his first pro station that lasted about a year before he moved on to other stations. But now you can catch him here every Thursday night 10 till 12.

Scribble Dee also took time out to do the producing side of music, and has been signed to HC Recordings and CWR (Cross World records) and Kut Off Recordings, and now he has started his own label called DeeJamz Digital Recording
