Born and raised in Uganda, Roots Richo is a reggae Dj whose style cuts a cross different genres like Hiphop & RnB, Afro beats and Dancehall.
Growing up in a musical family, he realised his love for music at an early age.

He enjoys listening to Djs like Jazzy Jeff, Dj Premier, Dj TLM, Selector Jay and artists like Big L, Notorious B.I.G, 2Pac, Nas, Rakim, Fela Kuti, Shabba Ranks, Bob Marley & T he Wailers, Dennis Brown, Delroy Wilson, Afrigo Band, Maddox Ssematimbe, Bobi Wine, Lumix, NTM, Babaluku...to mention a few.
Roots Richo´s passion for music has been his inspirational force that has kept him proceeding from one step to another.
