Waldo was a studio band put together by super producers, Willie Lester & Rodney Browne. The duo produced for R&B greats such as Bobby Thurston, Gayle Adamas, Khemistry, The Modulations, Al Johnson, Esther Williams, Evelyn King, Sharron Redd to name a few.

The super producers only recorded this one magical album which was disappointing that they released any more gems. Love Don’t Grow On Trees is a mixture of uptempo funkygrooves with a couple of delicious soulful mid tempo tracks that showcase the producers natural talents, not forgetting a tight and infectious production.
Love Don’t Grow On Trees for quite simply, the music speaks for itself.
