The great artist and alternative-thinking creative OTOM is one of the most important urban artists in the French city of Nice. Over the years, he has implemented countless projects in the urban space and is trying to involve other artists to build up a scene and create a subcultural world alongside the global famous "postcard face" of Nice. OTOM is an awesome artist, but he is also a connector and organizes events. From 4th to 5th October 2025 there will be an Urban Art Festival in Nice with many great local and international artists.
