#PreeTjoMyDj   ))   Soweto, South Africa

Dj PreeTjo also known as Siphiwe Mpofu is born & rasied in Soweto, Meadowlands. His brother introduced house music to him when he was still at Primary School, that's when he fell in love with the genre, he has always had a keen interest in music. A software for DJing called "AutoMix" was released, which enabled him to start learning how to mix songs, match beat, timing etc. The software gave him the idea of becoming a Deejay, his brother even went further to teach him Disk Jockey to make his skills practical. Local parties & events started noticing Dj PreeTjo's talent when he started his ''Mind Going Places'' mixtapes, which includes the genre "AmaPiano", he is not limited to that specific genre, playing soulful house, commercial & old school house is also his specialty. He has shared decks with the likes of Sammy Leburu, Sonic, Problematic, Spazm, & Yakuza just to mention a few, he then soon found the pub scene amusing as he is the regular DJ of Big Mamma's Lounge at Molapo, Soweto
