Prada Kardash is a Piano and Old School House DJ Hailing all the way from the Westrand in a township called Kagiso. Her love for music started at the age of 5 while spending weekends listening to Jazz records with her father. She would always try to spin the records mimicking what djs do and later on developed a passion for DJing, mainly inspired by DJ Cleo in the year 2006.

Although she has always known her career path, her parents suggested she first finish school then later on become a DJ. Prada Kardash completed her studies in Video Production and Media Studies at Boston Media House in 2014, then got the opportunity to start learning how to mix Deep House in 2016. She then put DJing on pause to work in the media industry Then during the midst of Covid in 2020 she decided to put her passion in place and try again, learning how to play Kwaito and Piano.

Prada Kardash is currently one of the most recognised DJs in the West Rand and has played amongst prominent internationally recognised Piano DJs and music producers.

Her latest project is a single called “Prada Kardash” produced by Sticksbeats featuring Mgiftos SA and she is currently working on an EP with Zetch Di Medici and Izeay from House Medici.
