DJ Useo's AtoZ Birthday Show ( Fix Mix version )

As my damn birthday approached in 2015 ( another one ?!? ), DJ Konrad Useo was everso compelled to put together an "AtoZ BirthDave Tribute Salute . . . uh, Show" . . . Cavalcade maybe ?

Only problem was several problems:

He'd already shared details on FaceBook of being flooded out of his apartment Halloweekend, so he was not exactly in comfy surroundings.
( or blissfully stress-free neither ! )

His 21" Mac was still in the shop too, so he was working on a PC laptop, giving him a much smaller-screen and less horsepower than he was used to.

The mixing and editing programs were also not what he was familiar with.
( modern relentless updating once again had moved controls around, so trusted buttons were now . . . wait . . where ?.
Plus the PC mic wasn't up to expected snuff, but sufficed )

Plus ?, without his native HD or externals, he had a limited amount of AtoZ tracks on hand !!
( Having him tell me this in the days leading up to birth-me showtime, I asked if he wanted me to send a folder of "a Greater Range of AtoZ" . . he enthusiastically approved my bloated notion, and he ended-up with more than a few older "B.C. -- Before Computer" items along with previous faves he didn't happen to have on the PC.
So this project gained a level of fun for him as he incorporated many pieces new to him ! )

But this pack of disorienting hurdles did not keep him from assembling an amazing show which thrills me to all my favorite bones !!
( and could even be enjoyable to You even )

This particular file is named "DJ Useo's AtoZ Birthday Show ( Fix Mix version ) because I've pitched-in and patched 2 areas to where we both would've preferred.
He chose 2 very strong tracks to start things off, but to have "The Swinging Magnificent Town" mysteriously play at a noticeably slowed-down speed and end up 50 seconds longer ?? . . . this was not intended, yet is now mended !

And the end of "Golden Years ( In The Back of a Dream-Car )" saw Useo, who was recording this show in a live flow, go to click the next track for a lovely segue and instead snap Bowie back to the beginning of the track to start over !
Also now mended to intended.

And if it seems rather bogus of me to edit a show done in my dubious honor, well he & I already discussed all that, and how I've got my full rack of apps . . while he's still reassembling his general life !
Besides . . AtoZ is a picky prick who'd like to love such a wonderful gesture and all-around nifty show without wincing when a couple of technical gaffes go by.
