The theme song for a long-running premium cable series that mostly exists in my head. I haven't even decided on the title of the series. TRIVIA: There is a Marxophone (fretless zither reminiscent of a hammered dulcimer) and a Kangling (trumpet-like instrument made from a human femur, used in certain Tibetan Buddhist rituals) in this track.
