Raised from a pup on everyday Motown and popular disco, Mr Mutley grew into his ears listening to early hip hop, house and techno before discovering the true roots of the music of his youth in the deeper side of jazz, soul, funk, afrobeat and boogie.

Having always been fascinated with keyboards, drums and flashing lights - starting to sample his record collection was the next logical step.
