Morph The Cat — stylised as "morph the cat" — are a loose affiliation of musicians and assorted outliers based in Melrose in the Scottish Borders.

Renting a room that used to be an old garage, and filling that room with assorted instruments and equipment, they have deciced to take control of the creative and technical processes to currently record and write a selection of songs with which to a) attract the attention of local (and perhaps not so local) venues, and b) end up with a collected works.
