Sounds of Mon Monsanto

Originally from Puerto Rico and currently residing in Orlando,FL; Dj/Graphic artist Monsanto has been pushing his deep sound for over 15 years now. His career started in the city of Minneapolis, MN. While in Minneapolis, he was influenced by the sounds from producers such as Alexander East, DVS 1, Derrick Carter and Gene Farris. He was immediately seduced by the deeper end of dance music. This influence can be heard on each and every one of his sets. Every set is a journey through sound escapes, deep grooves and hypnotic sounds.

For the last Year, He has hold a Saturday night residency at Sound Bar Orlando. Here he has had the chance to share decks with local, national and international talent and also expose the local Orlando crowd to his brand of sound. This year, Monsanto has had string of releases out on labels such as La Famiglia Recordings (from Montreal, Canada), Typ3 Recordings (from Miami, Florida) and local label Lucid Recordings. He also has releases coming out Fall 2014 on Mindwarp Records and Chillin Music.
