Al Stevens

Disco: House: Tech & all that Beats - Al Stevens The future sound of the song as a DJ aims only to play sounds and recordings that "sound good" and likeable to himself, he was never genre specific and comes from a diverse music background and since collecting thousands of vinyl records both 7" and 12" vinyl singles he automatically self thought himself to mix sounds on vinyl in a unique way and believes that real or professional DJs, should utilize quality sound and equipment combined with DJ skills and crowd communication are essential for creating and maintaining a good night-club atmosphere. Al also believes that proper "DJs" know how to play vinyl discs and that means playing records creating an atmosphere, not "creating tracks" and making a fuss. Today AL uses a Pioneer DDJ-SX with Virtual DJ, however he still occasionally plays vinyl on his Technics SL-1200s which are at Tony Bs place in Ireland and are used to this day for fun as well as old-school happenings and gatherings as vinyl djing events were always about "having fun".
TheNiteClub is a club playlist of the latest DJ mixes from AL, they are updated at random times every one to three months (approx) with mainly very new tunes but also varied older tunes and sounds as you will hear blends of different genres and years in these sets, all of the mixes are totaly random live mixed so enjoi listening, comments/feedback are welcome, also feel free to follow AL for updates.
