Low-Down Slim - Blues Sessions - Volume 39: Come On Home (full vinyl DJ set, 74 minutes)

I recorded this vinyl only DJ set (74 minutes) at home. This thirty-ninth volume of my Blues Sessions is the sixth zydeco special. I’ve selected 25 tracks by many different zydeco artists. Sadly, I was not at NOLA Jazz Fest 2024 after visiting the 2019, 2022 and 2023 editions. I missed my dose of zydeco concerts a lot. Luckily I own quite a few zydeco records by now. So I was very happy to record another zydeco special. You can expect a wide range of outstanding zydeco recordings from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. This set starts off with some fantastic zydeco blues, followed by many feel-good swingin’ cuts and some great instrumentals.

About my channel:
I'll be posting vinyl DJ set recordings. I mainly collect blues, country, rhythm and blues, zydeco, rock 'n roll, rockabilly, funk and soul records.
