Lito Rialto ft Vj Barns – Imali

Vj Barns was a house Dj and turned towards rap music out of curiosity. He began his journey as a Dj in 2004, and then in 2006 had stint as a vocal secessionist at some local recording studio. Then in 2008 he started writing his own lyrics and producing beats.

This killer track is created by a Dj/Producer Lito Rialto. He started as a Dj in 2003 and professionally in 2004, then ventured into music production, when a friend and partner introduced him to a music production software called Fruity Loops; and has since never looked back.

The track Imali is a daytime, up tempo kwaito-house tune influenced by everyday happenings and contains a bit of something to please both house and kwaito lovers. The instrumental is a groovy, tribal percussion house song with a bit of versatility added by including some techno sounds to the beat to put some serious edge to the track.

The original track has a real sense of genre-crossing to it, as it contains nice vocals laid with precision. The thumping beat is well complimented by the easy to listen to voice of the Dj turned rapper. The general vibe of this track is somehow calm, yet it still has enough punch to move bodies on the dance floor.
