I love Techno, House, Deep House, Tech House, Disco, Minimal, Electro, Breaks, Bass/Grime, Hard Techno, Detroit Techno, Funk, Soul, Hip House, Trip Hop, R&B, Alternative, Industrial, Nu-Disco, Indie, Latin, IDM, Ambient, Experimental, and many of the newer sounds...so many genres!!! :)
Raised on a musical diet of 4/4 Polka rhythms, Philly Soul, odd 70's pop songs, Broadway musical soundtracks and military anthems, Linda Leigh is always ready to bring the sound that makes you wanna get funky.
With a ear tuned to quality, Linda doesn't discriminate when it comes to genres, artists nor year - but looks for a certain something special sound when it comes to her chosen tracks. They can be hard, chill, deep, upfront, sexy, quirky, stomping, angelic, profound, moving...all possess a magic that is then woven together in a tapestry of sound to wrap you up in the atmosphere of the underground. An insatiable curiosity, unrelenting drive and a need to explore, she listens to thousands of hours of music to find the ones. Maybe it's a new sound, one not readily available yet, or an established favorite, The vibe is the thing - that is the goal. Did you get what you want, then, she is happy :)
