Kota Embassy is a musical amapiano duo hailing from South Africa (Pretoria) founded by Nkateko Tshabalala (N'kay) and Nimrod Pitso (Nim) in 2015. Kota Embassy is amongst the list of the incredible amapiano pioneers, having a hand in the upbringing of the amazing new exciting South African sound , with their earlier compiled mixes ,production and events they have been hosting from 2016 until recently. They pride themselves in the more musical traditional instrumental amapiano sound inspired immensely by Jazz. This has become a sound they have grown to specialize in. The underdogs deeply root themselves in this and are respected not only for their loyalty to the sound, but also for their consistent ability to adapt & to deliver in improving their quality since the early days of the genre until recently. Their growth , creative skills and musical maturity are documented immensely in their mixes & production.
