Years ago, I named one of my first ever mixes: "Konflict Resolution" but now I'm reviving it as a series with Vol. 1!
A mix of mostly older songs that I really enjoy with a few newer ones that have been speaking to me.

I noticed in the past, I started to overanalyze my mixes. I put pressure on myself to make them thematic or a particular mood and added a time crunch of a monthly schedule. Ultimately I ended up straying away from the music I enjoyed the most and taking the joy out of an experience that otherwise brought me much of it.

"Konflict" to me is about the struggle we have internally with life. Whether it's being overly critical and a perfectionist, or doubting yourself or getting caught up any type of strife in life. Music is an amazing tool to revitalize and center ourselves and allow us to resolve any of those hurdles we may face. Just being able to have a background soundtrack during your day to day, or using music as motivation to get up and move your body can be so beneficial.
