Music and sounds of Justin O'Brien

Born in the Motor City, bred in the deserts of New Mexico, and now residing in Northern California. I started DJing in late 1996, and began working on music in 1999. Cut my teeth as a DJ & Producer primarily on 90's and early 00's progressive house (ala Sasha & Digweed, Global Underground, etc etc), but have since migrated to the deeper, funkier and slower side of dance music.

I've put out some records, and a few of those records were on bigger dj's mix cd's. I took a bunch of planes, to play records, in a bunch of states, and then in 2005 I walked away from it all for a few years. Eventually found my way back to DJing through House music, and the rest is history.

These days, I primarily play/edit/write music in the House, Disco & Techno "triangle", and never have as much time as I'd like to work on things.
