I think the title of this song pretty much sums up my week. (special thanks to my old friend Sara for the quote) From the look of things on the boards and on twitter as usual I'm in tune with a lot of you. This is has been a corker of a week. A week where it seems no matter what I do somebody loses. LOL And in some cases it's me! I spent the majority of this week cleaning up other people's messes, and rather humorously and quite paradoxically in some cases in the process created an unavoidable few of my own. Despite how I may come across I tend to take a very balanced approach to life. I balance practicality with spirituality, head the heart. In fact I tend to lean in many cases more to the practical side believe it or not. But even with that delicate and sometimes tricky balance we sometimes in life find ourselves in win/lose situations. In those instances it's usually best to just pick the best option forward and hope for the best, all the while knowing that in the end someone somewhere isn't going to be happy.

So I think if it's all the same to you guys I'll go radio silent this week as far as liner note stories are concerned. I'll just simply sum up what seems to be the week many of us have had by adding to what the Rolling Stones reminded us of in 1969 on their "Let it bleed" release.

"You can't always get what you want..... but sometimes you get what you need".... And such as the case with my week on numerous occasions, when I got neither what I wanted, NOR what I needed…...... "Oh well"

Enjoy the song…. It’s an EPIC that I think both musically and emotionally pretty much sums it all up!! Think of it as a musical representation of where I’m at here at the end of this crazy week. lol

--cheers!
