Sounds of GrooveTown

GrooveTown was born out of a love for Disco.

Originally started by the founder Joe Truby back in 2019 to provide the citizens of West Oxfordshire somewhere to go dancing and hear the classic Disco sounds of the 70's and 80s mixed with funk, Motown plus classic and modern house.
The original concept was to only do a maximum of 3 events a year, however due to the popularity there were 7 GrooveTown events in the first year! Sadly the live events were then halted by the arrival of COVID-19, although not wanting to let the crowd down, events were moved online in the form of live broadcasts!

Post COVID, Joe joined forces with Andy Smith, another local DJ legend with 30 years experience under his belt in the scene and the events are the best they have been.

At GrooveTown you can expect glitz, glamour, disco, house, sequins and everything in between!
