Sounds of Ricardo Gaße

Ricardo Gaße was born in Minden (near Bielefeld), North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany and finally moved to Bielefeld. He already got enchanted by the sounds of electronic music as early as back in the 80s. Only a short period later this passion - unconsciously - manifested itself in club visits in Germany. Some years after the turn of the millennium he decided to start buying vinyl and presented his first set in a club back in 2007. In the same year he was infected by his now favorite sound Dub Techno and became an insane record collector. Today, his sets are embarked by a huge variety of electronic music - ranging from as far as Minimal all the way to blending Dub and Techno.
But he also plays other styles of electronic music like Dark Ambient, Drone, IDM or Italo-Disco.
He was Booker and Promoter of the Electronic Lounge at Forum in Bielefeld and is still Resident DJ where he played with big names like Ben Klock, Don Williams, Function, DeepChord, Legowelt and many more.
