This mixtape has been released originally in 2011. I played it a few days ago and decided it deserves revisiting. And so I did.
I found versions with better quality of the same tracks (even re-digitized one of them) and created a new and better mix.
Disco is amazing genre. Listen to these amazing musicians, what a craftsmanship!
That was the original description for the mix:
This is kind of good example for the soundtrack of my early early days, since I think I can remember only from the age of 2, it would be probably around 1980 - My fathers's favourite radio station was "The voice of Peace" - very interesting project (You can read about it here: thevoiceofpeace.co.il/index.php/about) And back then, of course, the Disco was the ruler - I don't know if this is the fact that I was exposed to that kind of music for long hours or other reason - I LOVE disco - not everything of course, I think like every kind of music it has lot of crap too - in this mixtape I chose some tracks I really like :)
