Crazy guys making music since 1999.

We are kids from the 80s and Michael Jackson had a big impact on us as well as Depeche Mode, Prince.......... Our further influences in electronic music were the guys from the US and France that showed up in Tübingen (Depot) and Stuttgart (M1) and some radio shows especially "midnight house - antenne1" in the 90s. Daft Punk were the gamechangers and blew us away. "We have to do a party and play that record, everyone has to hear this". I's always a matter of having fun, creating moments and getting in touch with the crowd. The result of it freaks.on.a.plane

Andi and Thomas have been starting their DJ career in the year 2000 as basSstar (b2b team). Their bond was that kind of thing when you are surfing the same wave, great experience but very tricky for 17 years. Sometimes you have that feeling of an old couple when it comes to music... other story:-) Their CV is packed with a lot of venues, events, etc they were playing at. Nowadays their sets are like reading a exiting book or watching a thrilling movie, pushing sounds with surprising moments but always with the premise of a good sounding kick drum and groovy bass line. Their vision of electronic music is pretty clear and some sort of functional. The kick and the bassline have to be nicely glued together and well selected claps, snares, hi hats and some other rhythmical elements are mostly the foundation of their productions and mandatory in terms of club music and playable for DJs. At the end we’re making music for the dancefloor, we’re DJs.
