My musical journey kicked off in 1998 with a deep love for Hip Hop. I started DJing in college in 2002, and by 2005, I was learning the ropes at real paid gigs. The real turning point came in 2009 when I started working at BASS Production Studio in Bucharest. That’s where I began producing and the Fabian Maze project truly took shape.

My sound is a reflection of my roots: a mix of Funk, Disco, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Romanian Folklore. I love building something soulful, dreamy, and powerful out of real, sampled instruments - trying to share that authentic, human feel with the world.
