Thabang Mailula or CNCPTUALST (pronounced Conceptualist) as his known by in the underground musical space is a creative/content creator, strategist & alternative music collector from Mamelodi ,East of Pretoria. Cofounder of Fragments of Art ,a media production & marketing agency from Pretoria he spearheads with other like-minded creatives from his neighborhood scilicet MDBTS, Tee iLLa, Princess MJ ,Tee Rase as well as KayIbiza , a lover of exquisite creations from art , music , literature as well as nature.

Was introduced to music and art at a young age and has always sought to elevate his understanding & practice of the science of sound. Growing up he was exposed to a lot of Deep House, Soulful House as well as plenty of Kwaito cuts and with time expanded to other various genres such as Lounge, Jazz , Soul , Funk ,Hip Hop/Rap including all those other awe-inspiring musical genres we have grown to enjoy & love .

Because of the love of alternative music he shared with his fellow companions, they incepted The Chillism Sessions an online alternative music podcast were they share music curated by them & fellow alternative selectors. Our Fragments Of Art motto is “music and art through love” & that’s basically what we all about.
