Epic dark fantasy featuring ancient gods, magic, lost kingdoms, dragons, primordial gates, and a mysterious "Void." The story begins as a classic quest to discover a young man's origins and evolves into a conflict in which the existence of the entire world hangs in the balance.
The central myth: The stars have not gone out. They have fled. Long ago, the "First Ones" attempted to destroy an ancient power known as "Nihara"—or "the Void." Unable to kill it, they imprisoned it behind magical gates. There are eight gates in total. Seven were sealed long ago. The eighth gate was never meant to be opened.
Yet, it is already open!
