A multi-genre DJ who concentrates on more than just beat matching and looking fancy. Bringing Ghetto Funk, Hip Hop, Turntablism, Funky breaks and Mash-ups to crowds all over the globe. It’s a name that’s amplifying through the ranks!! With a DJ career spanning over 14 years Roast Beatz has had considerable experience rocking crowds. From Beijing to Brighton, Austria to Aberdeen Roast is well travelled from delivering up-tempo, technical sets all over the world. Dj'ing in clubs before he was old enough to drink in them (A poor excuse for his inability to hold his liquor)! He has perfected the art of rocking a crowd, whilst successfully seasoning the set with cuts, scratches and floor fillers.

He's just finished his sophomore album that features the talents of:
Action Bronson, Jehst, Dizzy Dustin, Mystro aka Mysdiggi, Koaste, Manic (Freefall Collective), Dr Syntax, Gob Shite, Kylie Earl and Rider Shafique. All bubbling on a bed of up-tempo funky breaks, some where between, Boom Bap, Party Breaks, Ghetto Funk and Turntablism.

Production wise he’s laced tracks for Dabbla's (LDZ, Problem Child, Dead Presidents) solo album, remixed for The Baker Brothers, Will and the people scratched chorus's for Ghostface Killa, Ill Bill, Ruste juxxe, Phoenix da icefire, M9 and worked with Charlie Sloth, Stig of the dump, Rtkal, Genesis Ellijah, Rewd Adams, Iron Braydz, Brad Strutt and Ramson Badbonez to name a few!

Recently he’s picked up from previous radio duties. He left London’s infamous Itch FM back in 2008 and has now become the host and DJ for the official Ghetto Funk Itunes podcast. Expect his usual fast paced sets with added banter and slang that’ll leave your Mum and Dad scratching their noggins.

Totalling five figures on Soundcloud, You Tube, numerous number 1’s on Juno download, Roast Beatz is only just scratching the surface of his capabilities. With two Ep’s, an album, numerous features, remixes and several popular mix-tapes dropped over the last few years, the futures all gravy for this DJ / producer / Burrito and Sneaker addict.
