Brooklyn born and raised, Mitch hails from the tight knit neighborhood of Sunset Park. He began his DJ career in the late eighties, during the height of the house music craze occurring in New York City. He learned his craft from one of the “Masters at Work”, Kenny “Dope” Gonzalez at the world famous “Music Center” record shop.

Mitch has performed at various long running residencies since those early days and continues to move audiences on his weekly global radio show “The OPH Hour Sessions”.
